MANGINI ASSOCIATES INC. IS COMMITTED TO PROMOTING VARIOUS CAREER PATHS RELATED TO ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION THROUGH A REGIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM THAT WAS CREATED BY OUR COMPANY CALLED INTERNNECT.

INTERNNECT is a regional student internship program where students explore career opportunities and solve design problems through collaboration with education, business partners, and post-secondary institutions.  These opportunities promote unique ways of learning from our clients and are focused on the design of innovative school facilities.

It is important to us that our future workforce explore possible career objectives and demonstrate skills to meet their potential.  We give young individuals opportunities to discover creativity by providing them challenging and authentic work-based learning projects.  Our commitment to lifelong career experiences is an investment directly related to our business and industry.

It is our goal that by partnering with local school districts, related industry sectors, and post-secondary college and universities, we can advocate responsibility and accountability.  We hope that this will ignite the fire in our future leaders.  We are continually excited to share these learning opportunities with our community, bridging the gap between business and education, and making a difference in what matters most.
