21st CENTURY LEARNING LAB MODERNIZATION - PHASE 1

This project demonstrates our innovative abilities in designing 21st century instructional environments that provide flexible learning spaces, allowing furniture to quickly be rearranged for group interactions and incorporating folding glass wall partitions to allow inter-classroom collaboration.  The traditional ceiling was removed, expanding the spatial volume to the roof deck providing an airy feel.  Ceiling clouds were strategically placed to control acoustics.  Carpet was replaced with stained concrete flooring, promoting a healthy environment and cost-effective maintenance.
